Cupron, Inc. has created a cost effective platform technology that utilizes the qualities of copper and binds copper to textile fibers, allowing for the production of woven, knitted and non-woven fabrics containing copper-impregnated fibers with the antimicrobial protection against microrganisms such as bacteria and fungi that attack Cupron fibers. Similarly, copper may be integrated into latex and other polymeric products during manufacturing.

Independent testing laboratories have demonstrated Cupron's efficacy in deactivating a wide variety of microorganisms. Cupron's proprietary copper oxide compound is natural and long lasting and is biocompatible for non-intrusive medical devices.
