The Power of Copper

Cupron utilizes the qualities of copper and binds copper to textile fibers, allowing the
production of woven, knitted and non-woven fabrics containing copper-impregnated fibers with the antimicrobial protection against microorganisms such as bacteria and fungi that attack Cupron fibers.
Similarly, copper may be integrated into latex and other polymeric products during manufacturing.
These copper-impregnated products possess broad-spectrum antimicrobial properties against microbes that threaten to degrade and damage Cupron fibers and that cause foul odors.
Cupron technology is useful in linens, carpeting, bedding, apparel, and medical devices. Implementation of even a few of the possible applications of this antimicrobial technology may have a major effect on the quality of our fabrics and our lives.
